HEALTH MOT/wellness check

A personalised health assessment and action plan, designed for those looking for general nutrition advice to meet nutrition goals or to future proof their health.

What’s included:

  • Comprehensive consultation: Review of health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and stress factors.

  • Functional screening: Optional baseline tests (e.g., gut health, inflammation markers).

  • Personalised action plan: Summary notes, clear recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and supplements.

  • Follow‑up session is available and details can be found below.


FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS

The follow-up appointments happen 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment or any previous follow-ups. They last for approximately 45 minutes. Here we will monitor your progress, and address any concerns you may have. If tests have been undergone they will be reviewed, and between us, we can develop new goals.

You will then receive:

  • An updated plan and additional resources 

  • Updated supplement recommendations⁠

  • Recipes and meal ideas⁠

  • Informational handouts⁠


SHENTI MINI SUPPLEMENT REVIEW

This one-off consultation is to review your current supplements, and check for any potential contraindications with medications. Ideal to be added on to the Health MOT for a comprehensive review/check.

Clients will still complete a detailed health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. This helps me gain a thorough understanding of your health concerns, goals, and nutritional needs. Alongside what supplements you're currently taking.
