MY STORY
I’m Monique, founder of Shenti Wellness, and I’m passionate about showing how nutrition and lifestyle can gently transform everyday wellbeing. I believe health should feel supportive and approachable, never overwhelming. That’s why I take complex science and translate it into clear, practical steps you can feel confident putting into practice. Through consultations such as the Health MOT, Supplement Review, and ongoing support, my aim is to make healthy living feel achievable, reassuring, and inspiring.
What inspires me most is seeing people feel more confident in the choices they make for their health. I bring together advanced clinical knowledge with creativity, blending evidence‑based care and fresh ideas that meet you exactly where you are. My work is about more than giving advice — it’s about building a genuine partnership, offering clarity, and helping you feel supported and empowered on your journey to better health.
My Qualifications And Training
I first studied Biomedical Sciences (BSc) before completing a Master’s in Nutrition at King’s College London. My journey then led me to train as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and later to complete a Graduate Diploma in Functional Nutrition at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION).
I’m proud to be registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). To maintain these memberships, I continue to learn every year, keeping up with the latest research so I can bring you guidance that’s both evidence‑based and practical.
