Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you may want to know before beginning your Shenti Wellness journey.

Whether you are exploring Nutritional Therapy for the first time or deciding which level of support is right for you, these answers are designed to help you feel informed and confident before booking.

Nutritional Therapy can help you better understand how your diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep and daily habits may be influencing your health and wellbeing. At Shenti Wellness, recommendations are personalised to your needs and designed to support areas such as energy, digestion, stress resilience, healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing.

The best place to start is by exploring the Shenti Wellness programmes and choosing the level of support that feels right for you. If you are unsure, you can get in touch and I can guide you towards the most suitable option based on your goals and current needs.

Shenti Wellness combines evidence-based nutrition with a calm, practical and personalised approach. The focus is not on restrictive diets or quick fixes, but on helping you make sense of your health and create sustainable changes that fit naturally into your everyday life.

No. My approach is centred on realistic, sustainable and supportive changes. Nutritional Therapy at Shenti Wellness is not about perfection or rigid rules. It is about helping you build habits that feel achievable and aligned with your lifestyle.

Not always. Supplements and functional testing are only recommended where appropriate. In many cases, meaningful progress can be made through nutrition and lifestyle changes alone. If supplements or testing may be helpful, this will be discussed with you clearly and transparently.

Yes, where appropriate. Nutritional Therapy is designed to complement, not replace, medical care. If you are working with a doctor or another healthcare practitioner, I am happy to collaborate within the appropriate professional boundaries.

If I feel your needs are outside my scope of practice, I will always be transparent and recommend that you seek support from the most appropriate healthcare professional. Your safety and wellbeing come first.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client. You may wish to update this section with your exact booking and cancellation terms.
