Getting Started
The first step is simple: book a free discovery call. This gives us a chance to connect, talk through your health concerns, and decide if nutritional therapy is the right fit for you.
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll arrange your first appointment and I’ll send you a health questionnaire to complete beforehand. This helps me understand your background and priorities so we can make the most of our time together.
Consultations are available in person at my Islington clinic, or online via Zoom or phone — whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Your First Appointment
Your initial consultation lasts around 90 minutes. Together, we’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, and current challenges in detail. From there, we’ll create a personalised action plan designed to be both effective and realistic for your daily life.
You’ll leave with:
A tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan
Recipes and practical handouts
Supplement recommendations (if appropriate)
Testing suggestions (NHS or private functional labs, if relevant)
Follow‑Up Sessions
Follow‑up consultations (around 60 minutes) give us the chance to review your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you moving steadily toward your health goals.
